Refund Policy

The following policies apply to all course modalities, including Online (Self-Paced), Live Online (Instructor-Led), and In-Person (Instructor-Led) courses.

• The 5-Day Window: You are entitled to a 100% refund of all tuition and fees if you cancel within 5 business days of the date you sign the enrollment agreement, regardless of whether you have accessed the course or if the program has started.
• Cancellation Before the First Lesson: If you cancel more than 5 business days after your enrollment agreement has been signed but before the first lesson is serviced/accessed, you will receive a refund of all tuition and fees minus 15% of the total program cost (this deduction is capped at $50).
• Withdrawal After Access: Once you have accessed the first lesson and the 5-day window has passed, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund based on the number of lessons completed or the time period enrolled, whichever one is greater.
  • Deductions: We will retain an administrative fee (the lesser of 25% of tuition or $100).
  • The 75% Rule: No refund is available once 75% of the course content has been completed or you have been enrolled for greater than 75% of the total enrollment period.
• Materials: Shipped materials (textbooks, kits) must be returned unopened/unused at your expense.   If not returned in "resale" condition, the cost will be deducted from your refund.   The cost of any non-refundable eBooks will be deducted from your refund.

Mandatory Administration Rules (Applies to All Modalities)

• Notice: Notice of withdrawal may be given in writing (mail/email) or verbally (including voicemail).
• Timeline: We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and issue your refund within 30 business days.
• Automatic Withdrawal: If you do not attend or contact us for 14 consecutive days, you may be considered "withdrawn" as of your last date of attendance.
